Six programme areas designed to support vulnerable people while strengthening community knowledge, participation and self-reliance.
Programme 01
The problem: Vulnerable children and orphans face barriers that prevent them from accessing or remaining in education — a child may attend school but lack basic learning materials, food or stable support at home.
What we do: Identify children in need, mobilise community support, link children with sponsors and donors, provide learning-material support, and offer mentorship.
Our future: To establish a sustainable education-support programme providing bursaries, learning materials, school support and mentorship to vulnerable children.
Programme 02
The problem: Young people with the ability and determination to succeed often lack practical skills, mentorship, and opportunities for employment or entrepreneurship.
What we do: Skills training, entrepreneurship awareness, mentorship, livelihood guidance, business development support, and connecting youth with opportunities.
Our future: To establish structured youth skills and entrepreneurship programmes that equip young people with practical skills and connect them to employment, markets and business opportunities.
Programme 03
The problem: Elderly and vulnerable people often lack adequate assistance — experiencing loneliness, poverty and limited support while remaining largely unseen.
What we do: Community identification, welfare support, visits, mobilisation of donations, and linking vulnerable people to available community resources.
Our future: To develop a sustainable elderly-support programme covering welfare, social connection, basic needs and referral to appropriate services.
Programme 04
The problem: Communities often have the capacity and initiative to address their own challenges, but lack the resources, connections and support to do so effectively.
What we do: Community engagement, awareness activities, mobilisation, referrals, partnerships, and support for community-led initiatives.
Our future: To establish stronger community-based programmes that enable local people to participate directly in solving challenges affecting their communities.
Programme 05
The problem: Children and young people often lack confidence, positive values and the life skills needed to make informed decisions about their futures.
What we do: Mentorship, guidance, life-skills sessions, motivational activities, and entrepreneurship awareness.
Our future: To develop regular mentorship programmes involving trained mentors, educators, entrepreneurs and community role models.
Programme 06
The problem: No single organisation can carry a community's future alone. Sustainable change requires collaboration between communities, donors, development partners and institutions.
What we do: Grant applications, donor engagement, partnership development, fundraising, volunteer mobilisation, and public awareness.
Our future: To establish long-term partnerships that provide sustainable funding, technical expertise, training opportunities and resources for community programmes.
